Just 3 hours from Nasca and at 4000 meters above sea level is the Pampas Galeras National Reserve where animals of the Andean region such as the Vicuña are protected in a very particular way. On June 24th you can participate in the ritual of the "chaku," the shearing of  vicuñas with the native communities.

Back on the coast, we have two interesting options, (and our most popular tours also), the Ballestas Islands and the Paracas National Reserve. You can take these tours independently or both together from early morning until mid afternoon. In both tours you can enjoy sea wildlife and amazing landscapes.
